In the updated Single Search interface (August 2024) there are no more permalinks!!
To share a stable link to a resource, you can copy the URL from the top address bar, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
For example:
https://research.ebsco.com/c/vsabqu/search/details/e2efdcc5mf?limiters=FT1%3AY&q=bees
