Student group study rooms
Both libraries have a number of rooms for student group study, media viewing and presentation practice.
Student group study rooms are limited to registered Camosun students (groups of two or more students).
Rooms may be booked up to one week in advance, no student or group may make more than one booking per day. Bookings are accepted for a maximum of two hours. If there are no further bookings, the group may continue to use the room beyond the two hour limit until another group books.
Groups must depart the room promptly when the next booked group arrives.
Rooms not occupied within 15 minutes of the start time of the booking may be taken by another group through the Library Services Desk.
Students must follow all Library and Learning Commons rules and regulations and leave the room in good order. The student booking the room is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to the room and its equipment that occurs during the period of use. The college is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items left unattended in the room.
