Attendence Reports

Instructors can download reports of who attended a specific Zoom session.  To access these reports login into your Zoom account for the Camosun portal

Click on Reports on the left side of the page under Profile. Options for Usage Reports will appear with 2 sections - Usage and Meeting.  Select Usage (view meetings, participants and meeting minutes within a specified time range.) and a list of your Zoom meetings will appear.

Find the meeting you want, and then click on the number that appears in the Participants column for that meeting.  A popup box titled Meeting Participants with information about the participants will appear - name, user email, join time, leave time, and duration.

It is recommended that before you click Export, you select both options to Export with meeting data and Show unique users.

When you click Export, the worksheet will be created and downloaded.

Note, the registration report is for Zoom sessions that make use of the registration feature. For classes, this feature is not advised.

Polling results

You  may wish to review the results of a poll you used in a Zoom session.  Login into your Zoom account for the Camosun portal and click on Reports on the left side of the page under Profile, choose the Poll report button.   You then need to choose the specific meeting to generate your report. You can download the report to an excel file to review.
